Tavān is a Persian word meaning capacity, strength, inner power.

This practice is rooted in the belief that the body already holds wisdom and healing happens when we create the conditions for it to respond.

Tavān Somatics offers grounded, attentive bodywork that meets you where you are. The work is both precise and spacious, supportive without force. Rather than “fixing,” sessions focus on restoring communication within the body, helping you feel more present, resilient, and at home in yourself.

This is slow work. Intentional work.
Work that honors both effort and rest.

At Tavān Somatics, bodywork is a conversation between tissue and breath, effort and ease, holding and letting go.

Sessions blend Thai massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and athletic bodywork into an intuitive, responsive practice. Each session is shaped by what your body is asking for that day, not a preset routine.

This work supports:
